Additional comments from our museum partners.
As designers of innovative visitor experiences, we appreciate RK&A's ability to ask all the right questions and create evaluations expressly tailored to project needs. For one never-before-tried interactive role playing game, RK&A's studies not only satisfied our needs as designers, but also assured our client that what appeared risky at the outset would have high appeal for a hard-to-please target audience: teens. In this case, evaluation findings legitimized a risky concept that has enjoyed more than two years of program success.

Over the past decade, the Fort Worth Museum of Science and History has worked with Randi Korn & Associates, Inc., on a number of front-end, remedial, and summative evaluation studies related to exhibition projects. In our front-end work, Randi and her staff have helped us to clearly articulate project goals and outcomes and given us valuable data on how to better connect our work to our visitors. Remedial evaluations have helped us to refine our exhibits so they are more effective. RK&A's summative evaluations have provided great insight into how our finished exhibits met our learning goals, which in turn have helped us to rethink approaches to new projects that are underway.
Randi Korn & Associates, Inc., are among the most thoughtful professionals I have ever worked with. Their expertise has brought great value to our efforts and helped us to become more reflective about our practice.

The Guggenheim Museum's Education Department worked with Randi Korn & Associates, Inc., on what has evolved into a landmark research study on the impact of our Learning Through Art program on the critical thinking and literacy skills of third-grade students. Thanks to the rigor with which RK&A approached this project, our findings were accurate and even impressed those who voiced initial skepticism about such studies.
